Performance Characteristics:

1. Environmentally Friendly and Healthy: Self-absorbing LVT flooring is primarily made of PVC, calcium powder, and other processing aids during production. It does not use formaldehyde or other harmful substances, achieving zero formaldehyde release and posing no harm to human health, making it suitable for all types of people.

Mixer

It is responsible for the high-speed, uniform, and efficient mixing and pre-plasticization of all raw materials, including PVC resin, calcium carbonate, plasticizers, stabilizers, and DOTP. It employs a classic design combining high-speed hot mixing and low-speed cool mixing. Hot mixing rapidly heats the raw materials and induces frictional shearing, achieving initial gelation; cool mixing quickly cools and disperses the materials, preventing clumping. This ensures that all components of the formulation achieve a uniform molecular-level distribution, guaranteeing the stability and product quality of subsequent extrusion processes.

It can directly process mixed raw materials, and complete the melting, plasticizing, mixing and degassing of raw materials through multiple functional sections, and extrude to form the LVT floor substrate layer, laying the foundation for subsequent calender, lamination and other processes. The maximum extrusion capacity can reach 1500kg/h, and it can process LVT boards with a thickness of 1.5-3mm and a width of 980mm.

Water Tank

The core functions of the water tank (also called a cooling tank) in an LVT flooring production line are twofold: cooling and shaping.
1. Cooling: The flooring material is in a molten state during previous processes; the water tank rapidly cools it down using circulating cold water.
2. Shaping: After cooling, the flooring changes from “soft” to “hard,” and its shape and size are fixed, preventing deformation and shrinkage.

Haul Off

It smoothly pulls the floor substrate at a constant speed, ensuring uniform cooling and stable molding, and precisely controls the product thickness and flatness, providing semi-finished products with consistent specifications for subsequent processes.

High Speed Cutter

The continuously produced, cooled and shaped wide LVT sheets or large-format slabs are quickly and precisely cut into single floorboard blanks of predetermined lengths.
Fixed-length cutting: Based on a preset finished floorboard length (e.g., 1200mm, 1800mm), the continuously moving boards are automatically measured and sheared online, achieving efficient and continuous fixed-length cutting.

Stacker
