It can produce high-quality pvc free foamed or crust foamed NFC/NWFC/REAL WPC boards with uniform density, smooth surface, and stable physical properties in one step. The machine is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, making operation simple and straightforward. The produced NFC/NWFC/REAL WPC boards are widely used in furniture, building decoration, advertising, and other fields, and support customized adjustments to board thickness and density to meet different market demands.

Mixer

It is responsible for the high-speed, uniform, and efficient mixing and pre-plasticization of all raw materials, including PVC resin, calcium carbonate, plasticizers, stabilizers. It employs a classic design combining high-speed hot mixing and low-speed cool mixing. Hot mixing rapidly heats the raw materials and induces frictional shearing, achieving initial gelation; cool mixing quickly cools and disperses the materials, preventing clumping. This ensures that all components of the formulation achieve a uniform molecular-level distribution, guaranteeing the stability and product quality of subsequent extrusion processes.

Twin Screw Extruder

Our extruders are optimized for NFC/NWFC/REAL WPC powder processing, boasting superior performance in efficient plasticizing, stable conveying, and precise temperature control.
The extruder employs a dedicated conical foaming twin-screw design, coupled with a precise heating coil and fan temperature control system, ensuring uniform and stable foaming and excellent sheet quality. The core electrical system utilizes internationally renowned ABB frequency converters and Schneider temperature controllers, guaranteeing accurate and reliable equipment operation. Operation offers two control methods: a traditional instrument panel and a PLC touchscreen. Deep customization is supported, with multiple models available from experimental to mass production, flexibly meeting the production needs of different specifications and capacities. It is the ideal choice for producing high-quality PVC free/crust-foamed boards.

T-Die

The core role of molds in NFC/NWFC/REAL WPC board production can be summarized in two points:
1.Dimensional Control: The precise physical structure of the mold cavity directly determines the final width and thickness of the product, serving as the first hurdle to meet customer specifications.
2.Foaming Control: Through internal flow channel design and pressure control, the mold manages the pressure release and temperature of the molten material, thereby controlling the formation, size, and uniformity of bubbles, ensuring the internal structure and density of the board.
In short: The mold is the final molding core that simultaneously controls both the product’s “external specifications” (dimensions) and “internal quality” (cell structure).

Calibration Table With Hydraulic Station

Under the precise and powerful force provided by the hydraulic station, the four shaping tables work together to complete the precise shaping and cooling process from “foam” to “standard board”, which is the core link to ensure the final quality of the board.
Group 1 (Initial Shaping): Rapidly cools and shapes the sheet material to prevent excessive expansion.
Groups 2 and 3 (Stabilizing and Shaping): Continuously and evenly dissipates heat to stabilize the internal structure of the sheet material and eliminate stress.
Group 4 (Precision Shaping): Completes final cooling and ensures precise thickness and extremely high flatness of the sheet material.

Haul Off

The traction machine plays a crucial role in the NFC/NWFC/REAL WPC board production line, ensuring stable output and precise forming. Its main functions are as follows:
1.Providing stable traction force: It pulls the pre-formed boards from the mold and shaping table at a uniform speed, ensuring a continuous and stable production process and preventing material accumulation or stretching deformation.
2.Precisely controlling thickness and flatness: Through precise pressure adjustment of each set of rollers, the final thickness of the board can be fine-tuned, ensuring a flat and warp-free surface.

Cutter

Function: Initially crushes large pieces of waste, trimmings, and substandard boards generated during production into smaller fragments or particles.
Purpose: To provide uniformly sized raw materials for the next stage of fine grinding, facilitating efficient processing.

Recycle Machine (Grinding Mill)

Function: Finely grinds the crushed PVC foam fragments into powder of a specific mesh size (fineness).
Purpose: To achieve a fineness and state that allows recycled materials to be uniformly mixed with new raw materials (PVC resin powder and other additives), thus enabling them to be reused in the production line in a certain proportion without significantly affecting product quality.
