NFC Board Introduction:

NFC BOARD is a superior Product which has been developed based on experience of normal WPC foam board .
NFC BOARD , Natural Fiber Composite Board, is made from the composition of eco-friendly natural fibers (agricultural husks), natural minerals, polyvinyl chloride besides other fillers and additives.
This product is highly resistant to decay, corrosion, moulding, fungal attack and rotting. It is termite proof and easily machinable.
Touted as complete value for money due to its waterproof and shield-like abilities against UV-Radiation, NFC is a definitive and superior alternative to wood, plywood and MDF/HDF.

It is responsible for the high-speed, uniform, and efficient mixing and pre-plasticization of all raw materials, including PVC resin, calcium carbonate, plasticizers, stabilizers. It employs a classic design combining high-speed hot mixing and low-speed cool mixing. Hot mixing rapidly heats the raw materials and induces frictional shearing, achieving initial gelation; cool mixing quickly cools and disperses the materials, preventing clumping. This ensures that all components of the formulation achieve a uniform molecular-level distribution, guaranteeing the stability and product quality of subsequent extrusion processes.

The extruder employs a dedicated conical foaming twin-screw design, coupled with a precise heating coil and fan temperature control system, ensuring uniform and stable foaming and excellent sheet quality. The core electrical system utilizes internationally renowned ABB frequency converters and Schneider temperature controllers, guaranteeing accurate and reliable equipment operation. Operation offers two control methods: a traditional instrument panel and a PLC touchscreen. The core role of molds in NFC/NWFC/REAL WPC board production can be summarized in two points:
1.Dimensional Control: The precise physical structure of the mold cavity directly determines the final width and thickness of the product, serving as the first hurdle to meet customer specifications.
2.Foaming Control: Through internal flow channel design and pressure control, the mold manages the pressure release and temperature of the molten material, thereby controlling the formation, size, and uniformity of bubbles, ensuring the internal structure and density of the board.
In short: The mold is the final molding core that simultaneously controls both the product’s “external specifications” (dimensions) and “internal quality” (cell structure).

Under the precise and powerful force provided by the hydraulic station, the four shaping tables work together to complete the precise shaping and cooling process from “foam” to “standard board”, which is the core link to ensure the final quality of the board.
Group 1 (Initial Shaping): Rapidly cools and shapes the sheet material to prevent excessive expansion.
Groups 2 and 3 (Stabilizing and Shaping): Continuously and evenly dissipates heat to stabilize the internal structure of the sheet material and eliminate stress.
Group 4 (Precision Shaping): Completes final cooling and ensures precise thickness and extremely high flatness of the sheet material.
