The production process including raw material mixing, WPC foam board extrusion, PUR glue lamination, recondition, slitting and grooving and packing and recycled material treatment.

WPC Flooring Feature

Combines water resistance and stability of the LVT, while also being as easy to install as laminate flooring.
Adopt environmental protection material which better than laminate flooring. With soft wood or EVA pads, the sound insulation performance and walking feeling is much better than LVT.
With special transparent wear layer on top surface will make flooring suitable for more than 10 years life. WPC flooring have characteristic on fire resistance and waterproof and mothproof.
