WPC Door Frame Production Line Composition:

Jiahao WPC door frame extrusion machinery is designed specifically for the production of high-quality wood-plastic composite door frame profiles. This equipment employs a high-efficiency extrusion system to ensure full plasticization and stable output of raw materials, resulting in products with high density and smooth lines. Equipped with precise mold temperature control and vacuum forming devices, it guarantees accurate profile dimensions and a smooth surface. The entire line is highly automated, energy-efficient, and durable, making it an ideal choice for improving door frame production efficiency and quality.

Mixer

Our system adopts a combination design of high-speed hot mixing and low-speed cold mixing. Utilizing an efficient 300L/600L mixing unit, it rapidly achieves heating, shearing, and cooling dispersion of raw materials, ensuring uniform distribution of each component at the molecular level and providing stable quality assurance for subsequent extrusion, with a maximum output of 300kg/h.

Twin Screw Extruder

This extruder is specifically designed for PVC powder, employing a conical twin-screw foaming system and a precise temperature control system. Equipped with internationally renowned electrical components, it is stable, efficient, and supports customization. we will use JHZ65/132 extruder ,capacity:90-180kg/h.

T-Die

For profiles like door and window frames, which have extremely high requirements for splicing precision, sealing, and appearance, the industry-recognized best practice is “one specification, one set of molds”.

Calibration Table

In the core shaping process, we equipped the profile with a reinforced vacuum shaping table measuring 6 meters long and 1.1 meters wide, providing a sufficient and gentle cooling and shaping path, effectively eliminating internal stress, and ensuring the straightness and stability of extra-long dimensions. The power system is equipped with two 5.5kW high-power vacuum pumps, providing strong and stable vacuum suction force, ensuring that the profile fits tightly into the shaping mold cavity with a smooth and flawless surface; coupled with a 4kW high-efficiency circulating water pump, it ensures sufficient and constant cooling water flow, achieving rapid and uniform cooling and improving production efficiency.

Intelligent Haul Off and Clean Cutting

The haul off machine uses an ABB frequency converter for precise control, with stepless speed adjustment between 0.3-3 m/min, ensuring smooth operation and synchronization between extrusion speed and traction.
The cutting unit can handle profiles with a maximum cross-section of 240mm × height of 160mm, employing a 2.2kW main cutting motor for strong cutting force and smooth cut surfaces; it also integrates a 1.1kW cleanroom cutting system to effectively collect dust and maintain a clean production environment.

Stacker

At the end of the production line, a large 240 stacking platform (6 meters long × 1.1 meters wide) is installed. It adopts pneumatic lifting and limit length counting device linkage control to realize automatic and neat stacking of profiles after fixed length cutting, effectively protect the surface of finished products, greatly save labor, and provide great convenience for packaging and transportation.

Recycle machine (Crusher)

To complete the production loop, we standardly equip our products with a 1200-type high-efficiency crusher. Its powerful motor can simultaneously process various waste materials such as WPC door panels and door frame profiles, with a capacity of 1000-1200 kg/h. It can quickly recycle production waste and scraps into usable recycled materials. For customers who focus on the production of door frames and other profiles, we can also flexibly equip them with smaller-capacity, economical crushers to meet diverse needs.

Recycle machine (Miller)

Equipped with a professional grinding system, it can grind recycled PVC and other raw materials into fine powder of 40-80 mesh, with a production capacity of 150-250 kg/h. The standard configuration includes a high-efficiency 500-type grinding mill, and customized grinding solutions can be provided according to customers’ specific raw material processing needs.
