How to Conduct In-Depth Maintenance on LVT Flooring Extrusion Lines?
Scheduled Maintenance: In-Depth Inspection and Component Replacement
Beyond daily maintenance, regular in-depth inspections and component replacements are critical to maintaining the performance of LVT Flooring Extrusion Line.

Transmission System Inspection
- – Chains and Belts: Inspect the tension and wear condition of chains and belts. Excessive slack leads to slipping, while over-tensioning increases wear. Adjust or replace them as needed.
- – Bearings: Check all bearings for abnormal noise, overheating, or looseness. Severely worn bearings must be replaced promptly.
- – Gears: Inspect gear tooth surfaces for wear, chipping, or cracking.
Heating and Cooling System Inspection
- – Heating Elements: For equipment utilizing heating (such as hot presses), verify that heating elements function properly and temperature sensors are accurate.
- – Cooling System: Check that the cooling water circulation system is unobstructed, coolant levels are sufficient, and radiators are free from blockages. Ensure equipment operates within the optimal temperature range.
Pneumatic and Hydraulic System Inspection
- – Air Supply and Piping: Check that air supply pressure is stable, and inspect air hoses for leaks or aging.
- – Cylinders and Valves: Verify smooth operation of cylinders and flexible functioning of valves.
- – Hydraulic Oil: Monitor hydraulic oil level and cleanliness. Replace hydraulic oil and filter elements at regular intervals.
Cutting and Slitting Unit Maintenance
- – Tool Inspection and Replacement: Regularly check the sharpness and wear of cutting tools. Blunt or damaged tools compromise cutting quality and increase energy consumption, and should be replaced promptly.
- – Calibration: Periodically calibrate cutting and slitting units to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Roller Inspection and Cleaning
- – Surface Inspection: Examine press rolls and guide rolls for surface damage, scratches, or adhesions. Maintaining clean and smooth roll surfaces is essential to ensuring product quality.
- – Parallelism and Levelness: Regularly inspect the parallelism and levelness of all rolls to ensure even stress distribution during sheet conveyance and prevent deformation.
